Return Policy

We have a straightforward and transparent return policy in place to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. Here are the key details:

Return Policy:

  • We offer a 14-day return window from the date of item receipt.
  • Returns are accepted only if the item received does not match its original description.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse.

Cancellation Policy (if your order wasn't fulfilled):

  • If payment was made by credit card, a credit card fee will apply. As of current date, the fee is 3.5%, but this may vary over time, depending on the card issuer and whether the card is domestic or international. Please note that this fee is not refundable.
  • If payment was made by wire transfer, the full amount is refundable as long as all other return criteria are met.
  • Trade-ins, special orders and price reductions shall be subject to a restocking fee of up to 8%.

Eligibility for Return:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and include all tags.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
  • If the returned item is not in the same condition, is missing accessories, or if the bracelet has been sized or factory stickers removed, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.


  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
  • Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.


  • For a faster exchange process, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.


  • We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the refund approval.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
