Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Rates: Standard shipping is $99 (1–2 business days). Saturday delivery is available for $150.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 48–72 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Carrier: All shipments are sent via FedEx and are fully insured.
  • Signature Required: A direct signature is required upon delivery for security purposes.
  • Hold for Pickup: Upon request, shipments can be held at a FedEx Office location for pickup.
  • Shop Pay Orders: Must ship only to the address confirmed at checkout. Any changes must be handled directly through Shop Pay.

International Shipping

  • Rates & Delivery Times:
    • Canada: $195 (2–3 business days)
    • UK / Hong Kong: $247 (1–5 business days)
    • Australia / Switzerland: $195–$295 (6–12 business days)
  • Carrier: FedEx International (Express or Standard depending on destination).
  • Duties & Taxes: All import duties, VAT, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Insurance Restrictions: We only ship to countries where full insurance coverage is available. If coverage is not possible, we cannot complete the shipment.
  • Customs: We do not provide estimates for duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office before purchasing.
