We ship via FedEx Overnight Priority with an Adult Signature Requirement, meaning someone 21 years or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

We offer a 3-day return period on eligible watches, starting from the date of delivery. To qualify, the watch must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

All returns must be approved in advance. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed promptly back to the original payment method.
