Price Adjustment is a custom virtual product used to modify an order total for a specific customer. Each adjustment is unique and created for special situations such as agreed price changes, balance payments, or custom arrangements. This item has no physical shipment. It is applied only when previously discussed and confirmed. Visible to search engines and selected customers when needed.

All orders are prepared and fulfilled only after payment has been received and fully processed. Once confirmed, orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days (for models that require sourcing, this timeframe might be longer).

We ship via FedEx Overnight Priority with an Adult Signature Requirement, meaning someone 21 years or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

We offer a 3-day return period on eligible watches, starting from the date of delivery. To qualify, the watch must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

All returns must be approved in advance. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed promptly back to the original payment method.
